At SAFCU we want our members to feel confident when they make decisions regarding their financial futures.  We believe that well educated members make wise decisions that positively impact their family’s financial well being.  In an effort to assist our members in making these decisions, we offer numerous educational tools. Whether it’s a preschooler learning about money with Googolplex, a college freshman learning budgeting from Guide to Independence, a newlywed couple deciding on first time home buying on Anytime Advisor, or a Baby Boomer exploring retirement through Plan It; SAFCU wants you, our member, to have all the necessary tools to make a wise, well informed decision.

  Anytime Adviser is an interactive Web site that features seven expert financial coaches that are accessible online, anytime. The interactive coaches teach things like car buying, credit management, and ID Theft prevention through games, quizzes, calculators and simulations, providing expert advice each step of the way.

 For the 40 and above Boomer generation, PlanIt helps you determine future retirement planning needs. There are calculators, checklists, etc to make sure that you're on track to retire when and how YOU want to retire.

 Helps 18-30 year olds begin to make sound financial decisions using blogs, videos and articles. If you're a Gen-Y'er, this site is for you!

 Assists in planning daily financial decisions, such as car buying, saving and investing, insurance needs, etc. There are interactive surveys, videos, radio clips and many other tools to keep you in the know about issues that affect your everyday financial well-being.

Specifically designed for kids 6-10, this site introduces basic money principles making it easy to learn about money by practicing saving, spending and sharing.

Helps midschoolers (ages 11-13) begin to understand how money works and how to save for the future by using comic strips that allow the young person to participate in creating different stories and by creating superhero identities that help them learn about money.

 Teaches High School students basic money management skills using blogs and photo contests to inspire creative thinking about the uses of money.

 Works to teach High School and college students about cost of living expenses and how to budget, use credit properly, and how to operate once they're out of their own. It explains products and services available at the credit union with activities, online quizzes, tutorials, etc.
